Japanese Cabbage Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 green onion, thinly sliced
  • Toasted sesame seeds

Dressing

  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons ponzu
  • 1 tablespoon mirin
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 tablespoon sugar
  • Some black pepper
  • A bit of Sriracha

Directions

  1. Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
  2. Whisk together dressing ingredients in separate bowl.
  3. Pour dressing over cabbage and toss until combined.
