Japanese Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
- 3 cups of shredded cabbage
- 1 green onion, thinly sliced
- Toasted sesame seeds
Dressing Variant 1
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons ponzu
- 1 tablespoon mirin
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon sugar
- Some black pepper
- A bit of Sriracha
Dressing Variant 2
Directions
- Combine salad ingredients in bowl.
- Whisk together dressing ingredients in separate bowl.
- Pour dressing over cabbage and toss until combined.
